The only thing constant about life is change and change is what you should expect at ND Passion. The 15000 sqft club house located at the entrance, invites you with its unconventional form, framing the entry to othe complex with its sweeping triangular masses and sloping landscaped roofs, guiding the through its spaces, towards, the 3 housing blocks located behind it.
Sports and recreational facilities have been provided for the convenience of residents.
Sloping landscaped roofs serve as play areas and gathering spaces, or even as amphitheaters. |

- The built area here occupies only 23% of the site leaving a large lung space full of trees conserved from the virgin site
- Vehicular access restricted to only 18% of the site, residents can safely walk out into their community spaces without a thought about cars crossing their path.
- Two basements have been provided for decongesting the surface of the site, which now boasts of 77% open space. Two entry & exit ramps from these basements ensure smooth flow of vehicles even during peak hours
