The following are the terms and conditions of Adport.net for the applicants who want to become sales agents for Adport.net (India) Pvt Ltd.
1.
Any person can become a sales agent for Adport.net. New applicants have to register through adport.net website for enrollment. Final decision on accepting the applicant as sales agent for Adport.net rests with Adport.net management.
2.
Adport.net does not give guarantee for all the applicants' to become sales agents for Adport.net
3.
Upon acceptance by the Adport.net management, sales person would be given unique sale agent id, so that all the customers he/she brings in for Adport.net must be entered in the website only through the sales agent application form with correct login details of the sales agent..
4.
Sales agents will be given 5% commission on the total value of each order he/she brings in for Adport.net after the account payee cheque issued by the customer in favour of Adport.net (India) Pvt Ltd is realised.
5.
Sales Agent must make at least one sales order for Adport.net between a period of 3 to 6 months.
6.
If the sales agent fails to bring in atleast one sales order between 3 to 6 months from the date of allotment of sales agent ID upon acceptance by Adport.net management, his/her sales agent ID would automatically be deleted without any prior intimation to the respective sales agent.
7.
Adport.net (India) Pvt Ltd will not be repsonsible for any kind of dispute that araises in any form between sales agent(s), his/her customers and with Adport.net
8.
If any dispute araises, it is subjected to Bengaluru/Bangalore (India) jurisdiction only.
9.
Adport.net (India) Pvt Ltd may suspend this scheme at any point of time, if problems araise in this context & regard.
10.
The sales agents must provide the correct information about themselves while registering, if any information which is misleading, and improper information is found with ragard to the sales agent, Adport.net would remove the sales agent registration details and his/her login credentials would be deactivated and deleted without prior notice to the corresponding sales agent.
